Luxuorius villas in the city of romance (rishikesh)

Since being known as “The city of romance”, what could be more romantic than having your own little world of love? To cater to this need or rather will of lovers, who believe in the concept that” A house becomes a home, with you’ve your loved one” we’ve come up with a range of luxurious villas in Rishikesh.

What determines the interior of these villas actually depends on the variety of tastes of people and their perception about luxury. It could mean a nice vintage home for one, with a collection of their favourite antiques and it could be a high-tech villa with in-room car parking for the other.

Keeping in mind the diversity of thoughts and perceptions about luxury, we’ve come up with some exciting luxurious ideas, ensuring the fact that people are able to customize their home according to their idea of luxury and pride.

Some of the basic trends that have been quite popular in the recent times, which make your villa luxurious in accordance to your style, are:

•Contemporary: This is basically for people who believe that vintage never goes out of fashion. These display a collection of your favourite antiques and reflect the “Classy” you.

•Eclectic: these are designed deriving ideas and inspirations from a variety of sources, which can range from your favourite colour, to your favourite music. These reflect the “Heterogeneous” you.

•Mediterranean: These structures are typically multi-story, based on a rectangular floor plan, and feature massive, symmetrical primary façades. Terra cotta roofs, arches and parapet walls, with wrought iron balconies and articulated doors are characteristic. Lush green gardens are an important part. So, for the people with more of an Italian choice, this is the right pick.

•Modern: For people who are technology driven and crazy for new gadgets and their use in daily lives, this is the correct choice. These are characterised by simplification of form and absence of applied decoration. Simple, yet modern and high tech for the “Stylish” you.

•Mountain: These are inspired by the scenic beauty of the mountains, which make you feel close to nature. For the people who find music in every form nature, the sound coming from walking on the wooden floors, this type is the perfect fit. This is for the “Nature-loving” you.

•Traditional: These are designed to stand the test of time. They never go out of style. The exact opposite of contemporary. For the “Rooted” you, these villas make you always feel routed to your customs and traditions.

•Transitional: These basically show a sort of merging of one style with another. Being a style of European architecture containing both Roman and Byzantine elements, characterized by massive walls, round arches, and relatively simple ornamentation, to Gothic. Any forms of art can basically be merged to showcase the “Evolving” you.

So, the basic aim here is to help you build not only a villa, but to showcase you and your personality in a classy and luxurious style.

While the entire region is blessed with exquisite beauty and breath-taking views, some of the regions have specially emerged as tourist hot spots and a natural retreat for people who wish to relax and rejuvenate themselves.

Some of the most sought after destinations in this region are:
Haridwar:
Though not a destination known for its natural beauty, Haridwar is one of the most popular tourist destination in India owing to its religious significance. Haridwar, literally meaning Gateway to Lord Vishnu, is the holiest and important pilgrimage city for the Hindus. It is the place where the river Ganga enters into the plains from the Hills. Millions of pilgrims, devotees, and tourists congregate in Haridwar every year to take a dip in the sacred Ganga and to wash off their sins, as popularly believed.

Rishikesh:
Located at about 25 km from Haridwar, Rishikesh has been an ideal destination to seek serenity and spirituality as well as to pump up one’s adrenaline. The sacred river Ganga flows through this enchanting valley. Several Ashrams, meditation centres, temples and shrines are located on the banks of the river in Rishikesh which are visited by the tourists. Besides, you can also indulge in  several adventure sports like white water rafting, cliff jumping, bungee jumping and rock climbing here.

Mussorie:
With lush green landscape, varied flora and fauna, beautiful waterfalls and glittering views of the Doon Valley and Shiwalik ranges, Mussorie is unsurprisingly one of the most visited hill stations of the country. The nearby city of Dehradun located at a distance of about 28 km is the capital city of Uttarakhand. Kempty Falls, the mall road, Bhatta falls, Gunhill and LalTibba are some of the places one should definitely visit in Mussoorie.

Dhanaulti:
Dhanaulti is a small town located on the Mussorie – Chamba route.  A relatively unexplored  destination, Dhanaultiis less frequented by the tourists providing  the perfect atmosphere of peace and traquility. With thick alpine forests of Deodhar, rhododendron and oak, cool environment,  lovely weather and breath-taking views of snow-capped Himalayan ranges, Dhanaulti is a perfect weekend get-away for a relaxed holiday.

These beautiful tourist destinations are well connected to the Capital city of Delhi by road. The National Highway 58 runs straight from the capital city of Delhi and passes through Haridwar and Rishikesh. Haridwar is around 215 km from Delhi while Rishikesh is approximately 235 km from Delhi. Mussorie is located at approximately 285 km from Delhi. To reach Mussorie, one has to follow the same National Highway 58 till just before Haridwar and then turn towards the state highway which is a hilly road that leads to Mussorie. Dhanaulti is located on the Mussorie-Chamba road at about 310 km from Delhi.
